Sounds good Donzi
OK i need some links from you jeeper guy's. I'm looking for some TJ axles, if anything i at least need some outers for now, i'm also looking at where i can buy the cover plate and seals for when i remove the vacume block. The average price i have found for Hubs is around $140...is that about right? Rotors are pretty chap at $20 a side, and i'm having trouble finding calipers....is that gonna be a Junk Yard item? I'm not sure if the tie rods/drag link will be included or not yet, but i might need links to find them also.
If there is anything else i can think of i will post later. I'm still trying to get in touch with Mark about the axle. But my plans have changed a lil, i'm going to wait untill the axle is in untill i regear. If you guy's know of anyplace that will make custom Brake lines please lemme know. ( i need to go from the exploder hard line to the jeep caliper).

Well, once I get my hub conversion (already ordered it) I'll have 2 pairs of extra outers, hubs (lots of extra hubs... 4 useable, 2 emergency) and 2 extra rotors
You can get calipers & pads from pepboys....
Steering stuff is fairly expensive, even for stock stuff and hard to find at that....

Yomie, I think you can get an adapter for those brake lines. Napa has alot of fittings and a catalog you can look through to find a longer brake line with the correct fittings you need. Much cheaper than 'extended' brake lines from a 4x4 store.

Cool, i look into that. I will probably get Jeep(YJ) braided lines and figure out a fitting or something. If anything else i will cut the end off the exploder hard line and double flare it with the jeep hard line fitting, but i don't wanna do that
I can talk to carl about that, that sounds like a plan also
Patrick, just lemme know what you want... i could use a set of thoes outters and a set of hubs and the rotors
What exactly are you doing on your hub conversion

Since I'm locked up front I got he manual hub conversion so I won't be straining stuff too much. If I was open still I wouldn't do it cause it's a lil pricey....
It allows me to lock and unlock the hubs so I can have the front drivetrain engaged or dis engaged when I choose ...

Yomie .. It might also be cheaper to find a stock ZJ steering setup.. Its much stronger that TJ due to weight and size.. SO I will see what I can find along those lines.. Also let me know what length lines you need and I wil talk to the guy who made the custom lines for my motorcycle...
IT will be braided steel and he makes them fast.. (Took him about 45 mins to make the lines for my bike..)
THis is going to be a cool project.. THe whole club can work on .... LOL...
Eat , Drink, Mud... What else is there?

Looks like we get to do a lot of cutting and somebody better bring a tube bender
Though I think it'll look better on Reggies since he doesn't have all that flare crap.....
