I'v got a 1983 full size bronco thats all stock. I want to put a 3" body lift , 2" lift coils 33x13.50-15 lbt tires, and 4.56 gears . does this sound good. it's the first time doing this but i know that i dont want to go with a bigger tire. javascript:emoticon(' ');

I think the 456 gears might be a little to much for the 33's. I'd go w/a 4in lift myself and 35's w/456 gears if it was me. For the cost of the 2in lift and the body lift you could probably pick up a decent 4in lift. I know you can get a dick cepek for about 500. for the base lift and around 800 for the really good one w/extended arms. There are lots of kits out there, I've seen a bunch on Ebay......Hope this helps-Fog
89 Bronco Mostly stock, newer 302 and 33's |

4" skyjacker lift for under $550 ..
Have no idea how the skyjacker lift is on the Broncos.. I'm thinking about the same setup if I can get my hands on this '83 I'm looking at. |

I totally agree with foghorn. 3" Body lifts only look good if you already have tons of suspension and are running giant tires ..... even then I still don't love them ...
I was running a 2.5" kit on my 90 and fit 33s no problem ... just so you know.
