You diagnoises seems to be on the right track, I greased the inner coil spring on the loud side and the bushing itself and the squeak went away but you still hear a light strumming so its still rubbing just no squeak. My uncle also mentioned when he had on a bit wider tires the pass side would rub but the driver's side wouldn't....hum... just to think 3 different people have looked at it, got an alignment and all and 2BB colaboration can find it in 30 minutes or less....

Damn skippy.. I think the control arm adjustment on the passanger side would solve the strumming..
Dont know why it would have been louder with big tires... Hmmm.... 
Unless the tires where rubbing on the control arms ... but that is not your problem now..
Best way to adjust the control arm (if you want to do it yourself) is two 7/8 th wrenches loosen it a little and then strap the passenger side of the axle to a tree behind it under the Jeep and have someone pull forward ever so gently .. Tha should pull it back a tiny bit and thats what you need.. Then tighten it up..
I am not sure why you even have the noise.. Mine does it because my track bar is to short for my lift and has my axle off center.. Yours axle appears to be slid forward.
Crazy..
