Today i noticed a fairly bad leak located just above my right rear tire. The fluid looks like it might be coming from the thick brake lines there, but it does not smell like brake fluid. Nor is the master cylender lower than normal.

Is there anything else this could be but brake fluid?

Thanks

Ruke

Are you sure it is not coming from the axle housing? Take a rag and wipe down the suspect area, wash and dry. Then see if you can pinpoint the leak. I think if it was gas you would have known it right off , so im guessing axle gear lube.

Its not gas, its dark and looks more like, well, oil. I can trace the brake lines for the most part, but just cant seem to find a point where they are leaking.
Thanks for the replys guys,
