Thats a good price..too bad I just got mine in the mail
I got a good deal though, it was 150.00 to my door for flat top knuckles and 8 lug rotors, hubs, spindles, caliper brackets and axle shafts (could always use a spare )
Thanks for the heads up...
By the way, the fan is working, just a loose connection. And I changed and regapped my plugs to .045 to take advantage of my hotter spark and it runs like a champ and hasn't hit 190 yet!!! Hopefully this does the trick... |

Jeff have you swapped to HEI yet? Just wondering ran into a guy on campus in one fo my classes with a clean 78-79 FJ...he swapped and a few other minor mods and rarely to never overheats...he also fabricates bumpers and other stuff for a living...he is in LA4x4 a 10 yr member....can't remember his name...maybe lance...maybe patrick knows...their can't be that many cheifs in LA4x4 that does their own fab... he would be a cool guy to keep in touch with

Josh, I just did the TFI swap to 460 ford ignition components but I never changed or regapped my plugs until now!!! I think I was running lean and that was what was causing my overheat problems. Seems to be working fine now... |

TFI is cool as long as you can keep moisture away from it every TFI ford ive seen is like a sponge if water gets close to the distributor then chances are youve got water in the dizzy, jeff have you looked into a boot or something for it to keep water out
im glad to hear you dont need to replace your fan
