You know, it amazes me how quickly our wheeling lands are closed and how hard it is to find a legal place to wheel when the group of wheelers I am surounded by not just locally but nationally are so giving and supportive. From local WOT parties to helping one another out with deals on used parts and trucks, I've never been around or involved with a better group of people. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who lends a hand, throws a party, plans a ride, and everyone who shows up to any and all of these events, ya'll all make this club what it is and makes our 4x4 community that much more inviting.
Just got an e-mail from a fellow blazer owner today who was down in Baton rouge about 3 yrs ago, was running a load(truck driver) down through the southeast into TX, had some down time and I showed him around the city and campus, I knew him from Coloradok5.com. He still lives in NY state and now only runs loads locally. Today I recieved an e-mail as he has seen the progress of my truck on the boards and was asking about "the hood" and wishing me luck, he also noticed the rear tail light damage and offered a inner housing and lens to replace my broken stuff, He got my shipping address and without a word or amount of money he wanted he shipped it for free.....it aint a real expensive part but thats a few extra $ I saved.....Just made me think about what the 4x4 community has here....
