I have posted on Kisatchie many of times, last word I got yes 4x4's could go there but they had never encountered a club run or anything. I have been in the kisatchie forest specifically indian creek about 8 miles south of alexandria, but never was allowed to go off road in the area, all of the info I recieved was that it was indeed open to OHV but that was for hunting purposes...

I'll take any help I can get

I believe Josh would like to take over with the event planning. He's on his way to my house so I can fix his PC and set it up to do what he'll need.... so I think that is settled.

Rob you seem most interested in member recruitment. Might help to have different folks in different places so if others like Jeff or Reggie or Herbie want to get in it with you and form a little committee that would be cool as well. That way each person could focus on getting folks around them, but I'd still like to have one sole person responsible, that way they won't get lazy coughsouthernchaptercough Good idea with the LSU thing.

Kris or Jeff, if you'd like to get into the merchandising stuff then that would be cool as well. Of all the stuff people would want I think t-shirts & calanders are the best sellers. If you want to look for a local place and get prices to see if they can beat what we have now that would be a good start. Hell, if one of you wants to be the t-shirt guy and the other the calander guy that would be cool with me, but like I said above I'd like one person to be the head of it.

So this brings me to the question of how do I decide who to let do what? I don't want to pick people myself and possible offend, I don't want to get political and have ghey elections...... I'd also like to spread the responsibility out across our hometowns if possible.

yeah I could help Rob or whoever else with recruitment, there's all kinda 4x4's near me, bronco's, a couple small blazer's, jeeps, I hate that I can't make it to the events as much as I want to which is why I always say if anyone needs some help let me know, when I get back home from minnesota monday night I'm gonna print out a few flyer type things with club info (website and such) and pass them around, I already have a few people in mind
