Anybody got some ideas for cheap 8 lug rims??? And maybe some 33" or bigger road tires?? Junkyard maybe?? |

remember thos rims on the side of the truck you pulled the axle from? I may go grab those 4 16.5' rims as I came across a set of 4 michelin' hummer take off 36 12.50x16.5's for $250 3 @60% one brand new....still waiting for a few more paychecks, to buy stuff from other members on this board (Micheal) ..... jeff look for the 9.75 wide ones in the yards

Josh, when are you going to grab those rims?? I am going to take a trip up there this weekend to give Rob back the d60, and I will probably just pick up some rims while I'm there. Do you still have those JY spares you used to do the axle swap?? |

Jeff if you got the cash to go grab those rims now go for it, I wish i could go this weekend but I work both days and will be busy busy........JY spares? I gotcha JunkYard spares...I have those two stock chevy 8 luggers I used for my axle swap you are more than welcome to use for the time being

They are still in the process of being cut.... I need some street tires for now so I can go ahead and do the axle swap and 8 lug conversion. I am going to sell my rims and tires to Coy soon so I have to get some 8 lug rims/tires pretty quick. |
