Operation OBA called on acount of lack of fittings .. At 1500 hours.. So I Imediatly commenced operation Scalple .. Then I burned up the grinder and Eddie pulled up.. Aproximatly 1800 hours
I went to Lowes and bought most of the fittings I needed (still forgot stuff damnit) So Almost finished Operation OBA.. And Half finished Operation scalple.
When at lowes I bought an Air impact and a Die Grinder .. So tommorow I will complete operation scalple and hopefully Operation OBA as well..
Pics to follow..
Jeff did you get that tank? Not trying to rush you but I have to weld the fittings on it and stuff..
Also have to figure out what kind of fittings I am going to use.. (Automotive or industrial)
I may use the new dual purpose females that they have at Home Depot and Use the Yellow fittings on all of my tools that way I would still be able to use other poeples stuff.. (Most people buy Red fittings)
Anyway.. I will post completed pics tommorow..

are you still going to be using a small electric pump? is so i will probably be doing the same set up in a few months, after i get finished my bumpers so i can have air lines running to both front and rear also thinking about using the bumpers as tanks since they will be hollow tubes anyway

What kind of pump? I was toying with the idea of making something with the beater air compressor I have, but it's a POS so not going to be able to run tools or anything.

I am using my stock AC pump .. I just put my thumb over the hose last night and was able to build 50 pounds of airpressure .. And I might possible have a leak somewhere .. When the tank is on I will know for sure if its going to work.. BUt for now everything but the pressure works. But like I said ...No tank yet..
I have some pics and I am taking some more today and I will post them..

Ok Operation Scalple was a success.. Completed without the wife knowing a thing..
(Sneaky Jeep Owners club strikes again..)
And here are pics of Operation OBA... ( As yet uncompleted due to lack of air tank..)
Regulator set up..
Pressure gauge in cab...
This is where the hose comes out of the engine compartment and I ran it into the Unit body..
The whole length of the rig..
and here is where it comes out..
And last but not least .. Here is where the hose runs into the cab.. Under the seat.. Waiting to be attached to a tank...
Both of these are stealth operations .. The wife knows nothing about them..
I hope I made you proud Patrick...
