I found a YJ at the J/yard and talked to the owner of the yard, he said it runs and he wants $1500 firm for it. it had a lift and some 33's on it. I think it was at cal hingle's on old gentilly rd. Someone may be interested in buying it. the body was straight , no rust, interior needed a good cleaning, and it had a 6 cyl in it.

Is it an automatic????? And where exactly is that? I got a guy that is really interested in it if its an auto. |

I saw that same YJ... Its not bad.. I think it even had a brush gaurd thingy on it.. And if I remeber correctly it is an 4 speed.. But dont quote me on it..
Hingles is in the phone book.. And I can call if anyone is interested..
Roll bar was there and had some busted KC's on the front...
I believe it had 33's as well..
Reggie.. I asked he wont let the parts go.. Wants to keep it whole..

OK I called today.. And all he knows about it is that it a Jeep wrangler and He wants $1500 for it and its 4 wheeldrive and it used to run..
SO ... I know that doesnt help at all but Cal HIngle is about 2000 years old and he is not about to get out of his desk chair..
SO If you are interested in it .. I can bring you to the Yard and we will check it out..
I saw it as well and Mike described it pretty well ... Good body engine under the hood everything in place.. Needs seats and stuff. BUt it would definatly be a good project..
