For $40 I got a fender that's in D*mn good shape, and two light bezels
still need to clean them all up, already bought paint to re-paint the fender to match the truck, I'll be painting tomorrow, also need to do some painting on the drivers side door because the paint is chipping, if I don't install the fender tomorrow I'll install it thursday

Good Deal, do you know John at Ricks Auto Salvage, he has a 78 Bronco I believe with big swampers on it.I stopped in there last week and spoke to him about some parts. He was interested in joining a 4x4 club to go wheeling etc.You may want to see what they have out there. |

Big Yella - I don't know anyone from rick's auto salvage but I know where it is, I live about five minutes from there, but I have a cousin who probobly knows him cause he yard hops pretty often, I might have to go look out there and see what I can find, would be nice to do a SAS
Eddie - the new fender is silver/maroon, can't tell cause of the light, I'll get another pic of it tomorrow in the daylight before I start sanding/painting so you can see the difference, also gotta remove that F100 badge and put on the bronco badging...my truck won't be so ugly anymore

Okay, got the fender painted today, put three coats for the brown and the tan, and three coats of clear on the brown, didn't do the tan cause there isn't any clear on the tan on my truck, only thing is, I need to remove the top trim strip and paint some more brown on there a couple inches higher to match the truck, but for now it can stay the way it is, came out way better than I thought, never painted fenders before, still need to clean the trim strips too, but here ya go, whatcha think?
