try looking for a short in the steering colom maybe something with the ignition switch

I am going to cut all the pipe on angles and bevel them... So that I have good strong welds..
Its will be strong especially with the 3/16 thick corner gussets..
But your point is well taken.. I understand that the more joints I make the more likely a break is.. But like I said .. I think they will be strong enough..
Jeff.. I am sure we can work something out.. I will take measurements when you come over...

Very understandable, gussets help ALOT anyway, Maltise gussets help ALOT at the mall Just forkin with ya
