I was just wondering if your were thinking of going to 16.5 tires ?
Have you heard anything about that Blazer body and frame ?
That Suburban Body that I got the axle from has mega rust along the roof line.I took a closer look at it today.
I am going to get the Steering box and other goodies out of it if I can.
I sure wish I could lay my hand on a front axle somewhere.
The search continues ........... |

well my d44 front may be coming out sooner than I thought.....
The guy in TX i have been bargaining with since OCT for his 10B 8 lug 4.11 geared front axle may be pulling it finally within the next few weeks. SO I may have my front out in the near future, granted it has 308's in it but other than that plenty stout....its cheaper for me to but this axle already 8 lug and geared right and resale my front and 8 lug conversion parts for it, which Jeff currently has..... I'm gonna call about that blazer in the next few minutes, actually i may drive out there to talk to the guy, I found a clean tub and frame in austin TX for $400 already white, so i could damn near straight swap my stuff without repainting anything for teh time being...
I am looking at 16.5's as long as I can track down that set of military 36's i had found....
