Here is the guts of my 208, I dropped it down to drop a new chain in it, many people are scared of them, I completely rebuilt mine a year and a half ago but just as a preview here's whats inside.
here she is out of the truck

a look inside the tail housing at the oiler, still looks as clean as when I rebuilt a yr and a half ago

the saggy chain getting replaced

OOPS the one part I forgot about 120 needle bearings that go everywhere

anyone who has one of these cases that jumps out of a gear here is the suspecting member, see the bushings on the fork? Its called a range selector fork, those bushings wear down and then it starts the jumping in and out of gear trick

a little preview of the new chain on top the old on bottom, just a bit stretched
someone care to explain how people break these chains?
