What he does need is members and such to join to have money to keep the place going. Let me know when you think you and your gang might be ready to go and I'll get with Chris to make sure he can be there. He says he doesn't need much help, but I think you could still expect to help with something when you do go. Yes, I did kinda move. I'm out in California for work. My wife and kids are still in Lousiana. I'm flying back tomorrow to pick them up and drive them out here to spend the summer. Yes, I do still have "Big Yellow". I haven't gotten to drive her much, but I am looking forward to the big ride in September. Chris is planning a huge truck event. It is to be recognized in all the 4x4 magazines and possibly tv. The governor is coming to check things out next week. Make sure you have alot of guys ready for that event. There will be 5 different catagories to enter your truck into. That way the smaller trucks can have just as much fun as the fully modified trucks but on different trails. Give me some details to what you've done to the K5. Club attendance of 6 or more trucks or atv's will receive 10% discount on initial membership purchases and/or daily attendance. Also there is a free membership available to anyone that can get 10 memberships. Note I'm awaiting the latest and greatest membership info and I hope to email it this afternoon and if not all the info is currently available at the gate." What do ya'll think? As of the LA 4x4 meet they have no idea this place exists.

when, and i do mean when, i get my truck running again i may be able to get some discount hotel rooms, or we could camp..... (NOT when its this hot though....im not in the Marines anymore!)

Well it only took me about two weeks to get registered

Any idea yet when this trip might happen, need to plan a few sick days you know ;)

Man next weekend sounds too soon, but the next would put us less than a week away from the 4th spillway spectator run.... Lets get a little voting.

21st would be good for me .. My birthday is the 24th so It could be like my Birthday party.. Are there campgrounds nearby or hotels or something.. I am sure there are hotels
But camping might be funner .. BUT we must have electricity.. TO run a fan..LOL.. ITs hot out ...

I got a 5000W generator. and a popup that sleeps 6 grown men. Enough power to run a small city. Patrick's B-day is the 20th...guess i'll vote for the 21st as well

Well I'd vote for the 21st but I have a feeling I'll be passed out cold and I don't know what Piper has planned. For the 4th I'll probably be mostly spectating the big dogs, so I vote for the 28th....
