Believe it or not that hiem joint is there to not so cock block it. I've read of people having better flex after installing ladder bars on a RTI ramp... something about it stiffenign the frame and allowing teh suspension to actually work.
Still liking them ladder bars?

For the little bit I have driven it, yes. I'm scared to break something, so I haven't been driving it-plus work and my back troubles have kept me from it. That rear end has me worrying, and something might be wrong with my t-case. I have been starting and driving it once a week, and last week I needed to run it in four wheel drive a little, as I was told this helped lub everything. I got a lot of grinding going 4 lo to 2 wd and 4 hi to 2 wd. My friend said it just might need fluid. When he gets back into town, I plan on getting him to show me how to check and fill it. I want to replace all my fluids with Royal Purple. I'll need him to show me how to do all that too (I'm pretty pathetic-guess I picked a hell of a rig to learn on). But regardless, I'm still dying to get it dirty. |

Wise choice to go with the royal purple, In my opinion its worth it if ya got the extra cash to drop into quality fluids.

I'd have to find out. It's still not cheap, but it makes it worth it I think. |
