I currently have 16-inch wheels with the 7 (I think) holes can I upgrade to a 17-inch rim with the 10 holes without changing anything else, I currently came in possession of the small wheel covers like the troopers have, they don't fit my current 16 inch rim, they should fit the 17 right ? And any ideas what to use on the plastic bumper crack I have THanks
