I have a 4.6 L 1999. The fuel pressure is 30 # when running. when i step on the gas car stalls or hesitates and takes off. when i pull off the vacuum hose to the regulator the pressure goes to 40 #.
car idles ok. |

I t was not the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. motor idles fine but as soon as you hit the gas engine quits. Thinking its the fuel injectors ? Still reads no codes. |
