hello vic club I have a 2006 p71 and yesterday I add two flowmaster with crome tips and I was very disappointed it barely had a deep sound I had the same setup on my RAM 1500 van with only 1 muffler and it sounded great plus I have saw plenty YouTube videos with great exhaust sound did they add high flow cats ? tthanks for any help guys and I have flowmaster 40 |

Hi Lee. I had flowmaster 40's installed and they were not all that loud until I had the rear set of cats removed. It sounded much better without them though it took a few weeks for them to break in. Nice tones all around. High flow cats will give it more tone and volume too and also you can remove the resonators. No resonators on mine when I got the car... i will post a video soon. Hope this helps! |

yeah but they still sound crappy I'm about to remove the rear cats at the end of July |

i did 2.25 cat back with flowmaster 40 series mufflers and it sounds great. it was relatively inexpensive as well. i don't have resonators either. it helps. |
