Just joined supermotors. Interested in meeting other Ford Excursion owners as well. My wife & I are the proud owners of a 2004 Pueblo Gold Ford Excursion Limited 4X4. We absolutely love this "truck" we call it that because it's built on an F250 chassis, even though its the biggest SUV ever. I'm also a Ford fanatic. Hello,
I have a 2000 Excursion Diesel 7.3. I had it in for service and I suspect the dealer swapped out the GEM module. Anybody out there with same type vehicle willing to open their fusebox and take picture of GEM module? Ford doesn't make them anymore and black market price is $800. I recommend putting an identifying mark on yours to prevent what happened to me. Or if you can't take photo please tell me what identifying numbers are on your GEM so I can compare. |
