Are these the right bulb and does anybody know if there's a place online that sells them cheaper? Also does the license plate use the same bulb?

Ebay has some too, but they look different from the JC Whitney ones http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33713&item=2455215346

Ford sells that as a kit Landyot! I looked in to it after i bought the auot headlamp kit from them. It also has DRL but i will disable them most likley.

Where can I get this kit that lights up the ground and what exactly am I asking/searching for?

I assume since it is a Ford kit my local dealer can order and install it. Or can I get it cheaper online?

Thanks

Also, what LEDs can I put into the stock running board light sockets? Has anyone tried any since the start of this thread?

I tried some and was not impressed. I tried the blue hue 194's in the running boards and they look cool. They match my lights...almost

Birdman,

I read your response AFTER I purchased the blue hue leds last night on Ebay for my running boards (Black Limited w/ black running boards)..$15 for four.

So you say you were not impressed but then you say they looked cool. So what is the final verdict?

"Cool" or "not impressed"? And do they provide more illumination than the stock white bulbs?

I should have mine in the mail by next week.

I put the blue leds in mine and they look great they don't light up the running board but they sure are blue BTW I also put them in my clear corners you can see them in my gallery under the neon section.
