We have a Quality Care maintenance plan for our X. We took the X into the Ford dealer to have a 15k service done. They did the service and multi-point check in 1.8 hrs and did not change the fuel filter as Ford recommends. The X is a diesel. Do yu think this the right amount of time? There is allot to do? They wouldn't even replace the wiper blades. They said the plan does not cover it?
Anyway I have my documentation and contracts from when we bought them new and now I'm arguing with Ford. This just doesn't make sense. Called the customer service # and they don't know or even know who to ask. They will call the dealer who doesn't know also.
Has anyone else had this type of situation with Ford when they took there X in for service under a maintenance plan.
Any contact #'s to get this straightened out.
I just wonder how many other poor souls have been ripped by this type of situation.
Hope noone has to go through this. |
