Does anyone have the Quality Care Maintenance Protection Plan for their diesel X?

We have it and dealer didn't change fuel filter at 15k PM and charged me for wiper blades.

Says they are not covered. I disagree and need a POC and # to call to straighten out if available.

They also did the multi point check and 15k service in 1.8 hours? Seems kind of quick to me? There is allot to do?
