I bought a 2004 4x4 X Limited today with the 6.0L Powerstroke. I'm an Expedition convert with 170K miles on a '97 and 30K miles on an '03. I do plan to add new shocks, as I noticed most have from reading the forums. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you in the future, right now I'm on cloud 9 with this new ride.

Congrats on the new truck

Ya'll wouldn't believe how many Excursions we've seen on the road between Los Angeles and Dallas along I-10 and I-20

Seen alot of Beautifully lifted X's and stockers alike towing and non towing

Ahh it's great to be home finally! another 4,000 miles logged in two weeks and 3 days

Welcome Orf! You'll love your truck!
CHP, I agree. I see Excursions all over the place. Only slightly less common than Suburbans. Can't believe Ford isn't selling enough of these babies to keep making them. It's gotta be the tree hugger factor.....

Anyway, Orf, welcome aboard!
