Torque converter clutch is breaking loose. Here is a test you can perform; you will have to be a two footed driver for this. Bring the X up to speed and let it begin the rumble and hold the rumble steady, while you are doing that, lightly tap brake pedal and see if it goes away. You may have to practice it a bit to do the test and it wont hurt anything. Depressing the brake pedal electronicaly releases the converter clutch, and if i am correct, rumble will go away. It should come right back after you leave the break pedal alone. It will only take a few minutes to do this. Remember to do it when the engine is warm because sometimes lock up is inhibited when engine is cold; depends on computer calibration. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.
