Wave had electricity problems for a some time now. It started when we noticed that gaspedal do not work like it should. Then the check the engine light came on with code PO221. Then batteries started to go empty and we noticed that alternator was broken. Changed that and check the engine light went off. Today I was driving and putt the radio on, the light came back and gaspedal did not work. I tok the batteries out and put them back and the light went off again. What is going on??What kind of electrisity problem can I have? Where to start looking??? I have 2002 mod. truck. Help!!! |

Semi-retired shade tree mechanic that I am...
Sounds like a tough one to find...
Is it possible you have a wire loom chafing somewhere - find the common wire loom for all the compenents that are having problems...
Have heard there is a wire loom in the engine compartent that has chafed on a bolt for more than a few people...
Good luck...
