Gearman I'm with you. Might be time for a road trip
That would be a waste of time though I already see the hands in the air.
Sorry everyone, I just couldn't take it.........
Sorry again, nevermind... |

Arrrrggg
If they really want to help getting the fuel guzzling behemoth off the road, they should start with all the mass transit buses that are driving around with two passengers in the back. These riders have chipped in a whooping $1.00 to be driven around for 50 minutes to get to a destination that is 6 minutes from their home.
This reminds me of the enviro-mental whack jobs that come to San Francisco the last Friday of every month to protest Motor Vehicles on their Bicycles It's called Critical Mass, bikes move around San Francisco during the evening rush hour blocking traffic, Police cars, Ambulances, Fire trucks,
The Funny part, is we would see the Jeeps and cars with bike racks parked in China Basin This is where the idiots drove from who knows where and parked their cars just before mounting their two wheelers and protest the evil automobile!
Who are they to decide, what I need to drive.
If I find you putting a sticker on my truck! I may decide you don't really need all of your teeth!

My wife said "Imagine what a V10 in reverse, full throttle, would do if I catch someone putting a bumper sticker on my new car."
I said, probably leave a greasy spot from the unwashed hair! |

My V10 4x4 Excursion consistently gets 30% better MPG than my old 1987 5.8L (gas) F350 crew-cab pick-up. Wait a sec ... the F350 was assembled in Canada!
(THIS is not a bash against Canadians altogether ... it's JUST a bash against the flamethrower who started this string. Dang commie.) |

Hey, I'd love to get 40 MPG, with the comfort of my X, and towing my 6K lb. horse trailer.
Just show me the vehicle...

...And this is where my opinion of a man turns 180 degrees.
It is this sort of stereotyping that the anti-SUV people are guilty of and now we get to see you guilty of it as well. I live 200 miles north of this anti-SUV member and take great offense to your post. If it is supposed to be humorous, it failed miserably, both by being insulting and by being incredibly ignorant. |

What I do not understand is what the anti-SUV member is doing living in Calgary, Alberta. The entire province, in particular Edmonton and Calgary, rely on petroleum for a good portion of our economy. Weird. |

Claim it on insurance as vandalism. Let them wonder why their insurance rates on their VW Rabbits begin to gradually climb to what we're paying for our trucks. |
