Just wanted to take a second to say thanks and tell everyone what a great benefit you are to this board/world...I called Mike this morning, told him about a problem I was having and he talked to me on the phone, told me what to do, and never once tried to rush me off. He never once made me feel like I was being a bother, and was very helpful and friendly.
