Have an 04 excursion 6.0. I beleive it was built about mid sept. Now some question about if the engine is 04. What are the answers? |

Then sticker on the engine will say 2004. Also the ICP is in the left valve cover. If it was built mid Sept. it's more than likely not a refreshed 6.0.
Are you haveing any issues? You may not have the latest "fix all" reflash yet either.

I think the build date was 8-25. I have had no other issues yet and no reflashes. I am not sure how I feel about an 04 excursion that has a big 03 model lable on the valve cover. |
