Was my dealer pulling my chain when they said that the 2003 and 2004 X's didn't come with middle seat floor mats? Does anyone have one of these forsale in med parchment?
Thanks, Bryan S |

I was able to buy a set (front & 2nd row constitutes one set) from my dealer. Plus, bought the 3rd row floormat separately ... all in tan ... matches the parchment interior. They're real nice with "Excursion" embroidered on outside edges of the front row mats. So nice that I bought a complete set of extra floormats (only front & 2nd row) for when these start to look a little tattered. (I tend to keep a vehicle for a long time.)
I should add that I ordered these for a 2001 model. And I believe the interior carpet colors are still the same across all the model years. |

I just picked the front mats up. I bought them from www.fordaccessories.com. Alot of neat stuff on that site for the "X". |

Maybe I'm just too tight, but I got my floor mats from Wal-Mart. They are the cheapest ones, don't really match anything, but they keep my carpet clean. They are, after all, floor mats. I think I paid $6 for the front set and $8-10 for a long one-piece mat for the middle row. When my four-year old hurled a few weeks ago it caught everything just as well as a $60 mat.
As an aside, when I got my X used it did not have mats and it didn't bother me. If I was buying a new one I would make a fuss about their absence.

Brian,
I just replaced my floor mats with the "catch-all" types that are molded up at the edges, but I still have a full set (a pair of front, one large middle row, no back row) of the originals. Mine is a '00 model, but I don't think the color changed. They're still in good shape. I'd been saving them in case the ones I have now somehow got ruined, but don't really need them. Make me an offer if you want.

Matthew, I am guessing you have the med. parchment interior. Please email me and we can talk about a deal. You can call me at 979-229-3339 or email me at [email protected]
