Monsta
I have those back door pockets and am wondering how did paint the one with the netting? Those plastic rivets look as if you removed them they would be destroyed! I am getting ready to paint my dual pod and those pockets and needed some info. I might even paint the door pods the darker color like yours, makes a good contrast with the tan!

Yeah Scott, they do look nice in a darker color, huh? Well, I did not remove the netting. I spent twice as long to tape it off as it took to paint it though! I used some cardboard to cover most of it, then used newspaper & lots of masking tape. I used the cardboard so that I could pull the net back to paint inside (behind) it. It wasn't all that difficult, just a bit time consuming but it turned out just fine!
I also removed all the black rubber trim pieces then glued them back on.
Good luck! Oh... and how 'bout some install pics?

The mounting of the door pockets is different. We waste the factory covers. The factory color is a match to the bumbers on the outside of our X. Did any of you get the covers for the screw holes when you picked up the pockets?

| I'm not sure I understand what you are saying...

Mine were originally BLUE! I scored them off evilbay for $25, painted them to match the darker trim of the stock tan interior and no, I didn't get covers for the screws. The screws actually look nice.
