Ok i need gearman!

I give up almost broke, new driveshafts, opened rear end and front no meatal aor signs of wear.
Wheel bearings do not tick or crunch and tires spin great.

What i have done

1. Bought new costume drives shafts and installed

2. Inspected pinnion and rear and front end and no dammage visible.

3. Removed front driveshaft and drove rumble felt when releaseing gas, and very loud on coasting down hills.

4. Removed rear driveshaft drove on level ground in 4WHi. Rumble not felt on release of gas but constant when accelerating. Front feels like wash board vibration at higer speeds tone increases with speed.

5. Did gearmans check of Torque clutch and still makes noise when brake applied.

6. Ballanced and reballanced both driveshafts

7. Now fluid leaking from rear yoke of transfer case and car shifting hard and shutters at slow speeds.

Could it be this
Driveline angle excessive with a bad tranny and torqe at the same time?

Help!

Whats up with the tranny?

how many miles on it? when did you pull that last fluid change?

does she buck a little at a stoplight when brakes are depressed?

sounds like your tranny is torched. Like the coast band flipped over on itself and is grinding down.

my 02. pennies.

Ok there are 7000 miles on the ford new refurbished torque and tranny that the dealership put in.
Power flushed 500 miles ago
bucks alittle no rpm change just pulls alittle
Also if i coast down a hill it sounds like grrrrrr or like a jake brake is on really lound then
Also if i remove the rear drive shaft vibration moves to front and on all the time
Remove the front drive shaft and rumble the same used to just rumble on the release of the gas, now really loud on coasting and if you feather the gas you can lock it in real load.
Dealership tells me that everything is ok but they are on drugs! This thing is going to blow.
I do believ that they are stalling me for a year until the warrenty is gone.

ALSO
If i go under the car at idle and push on the gas a high pitched loud whine is heard under the tranny.
It sounds like a hydrolic pump but lots lower in pitch and pitch raises when more gas.
So loud that it hearts if you are under it.
Funny how Ford uses the computer to test it and tells me everything is fine. These guys are just stupid.

Any test you know of to narrow it down?

Thanks a million.

Yes 5 inch national springs, Coast driveline drive shafts, Detroit ratchet locker in rear
ARB Air locker in front. 8 3" tripple bypass sway-away nitrogen shocks. (No blocks all springs)
Had lift on it sence 20,000 no problems tell 3rd gear blew on old tranny and torq converter re-called becaus of bad welds on fins.
It all started after the new (ford factory refurbished) tranny was installed.

I do believe the rumble is from the tranny because the day i picked it up right off the dealership lot the check engine light came on. I have a next generation star and pulled the code and it said bad clutch. I took it back and they gave it back and no error light but will not coast like it used to.
It is like a jake brake is on.

Thanks
Barend
