Hi all,
I am now a proud owner of a 00 Limited 4x4 V-10 "X". Let me tell you that this is a beast and I love it. It has a 9" lift with dual FOX shocks on each side and a "Cali" lift with 36" Mickey Thompson tires "mudders". The only thing I was wondering is that if any of you have had a probolem with your power seats. My driver side seat will not go forward nor backward but it does go up and down. When I push the button forward to scoot the seat forward I can only hear something like a clunck. I can hear it trying to go forward but is not grasping the rail or something. I dont know if you guys can understand what I am saying. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome - sounds like it's just been used a lot !!!
Previous owner 6'6" and his wife 5' 2" 
but sounds like a simple enough fix...
there are a few scenarios:
1) it's a switch problem
2) it's a motor problem
3) it's a mechanical problem...
4) it's a 'dead spot' in the travel
If you 'hear it trying to work' sounds like it's not 1 or 2, but more than likely 3 where a pin or connection has come loose....
raise your seat ALL the way up... and tilt back as far as it will go so you can look under it as you try to move it back and forth...
Do u SEE anything flopping around in there?
does the actuator rod (worm gear) spin?
Good Luck - and worse case scenario it will take a new motor...
