Does anyone know what the fog light replacement bulb is on the X. I put the SilverStars in the headlights and like the whiter look . Now the fog lights look very yellow compared to the headlights. Anyone know? |

Check on the suvlights.com website. If they don't have the info, Sylvania's site probably would.

I just went to the local auto parts store where I found bulbs with the same plug-in configuration, but of a different wattage. The OEM bulbs were 45 watts, and the replacements are 60 watts ... and they put out a LOT of light down low & up close to the front end. The Auto-Zone I visited didn't have any 45-watt bulbs in stock.
I tend to burn them only when it's actually foggy or raining, and when in city traffic after dark (gets more attention from those folks driving skateboards). |

Yes...
any 9005 will fit and work fine and they are MUCH better than the stock night lights...
And the lens on the stock fogs REALLY spread the beam out wide and low !
We don't have an issue of fog here in DFW texas, so the brighter bulbs serve WELL as driving lights...
if you check my gallery @ the other site:

or over at another site:

you'll see I relocated them and then re-aimed them to put the light out a little further...
just remember NOT to touch or shocl the bulbs as you're putting them in....
