hi just picked up a 2000 excusion limited blue v10 for 17,500 has 70k miles and got a 4 yr 48k mile warranty.... just wanted to do some mods to the performance what muffler should i go with dont want a real loud sound but something deep and smooth... also i was thinking of one of those power programers also are they good?

Congrats on your new truck!

As far as the programmer, be advised tat you'll have to run 91+ octane to get the full effects of the tuner's program change.

I ran a FlowMaster 40 nd liked it but will not put another one on my new Excursion. I am looking at Magnaflows.

There are many sound clips out there. I can maybe post some here uless others do first. I used to have mine but it got lost...

what is the first performance mod i should do?.. im going to get dual exhaust magnaflow this weekend..
