I hear ya! I was able to change out the passenger side fog without removing the grill or license plate. Took about 15 mins, flatten a small section on the rad at the very bottem very minor
Now the drivers side it a problem because of the extra rad (AC, I think) placed just behind it.
I guess I'll need to remove the grill.
I'm researching the ZOODAD now. Lots of data on the web. Any warranty problems with the ZOODAD mod?

Just an update on this thread, I was able to replace both factory fogs lights by removing just the front licenses plate holder. I just drilled out the plastic plugs, changed the fogs lights with 9005 Silver Stars and used nylon bolts(rust free )to put the plate holder back on. This is another way instead of pulling off the front grill.
JohnBoy, Mongo your right! the factory harness is handling the extra power. I don't know how the fuse should of popped at 10A. WOW built FORD tough.
