I have our lock set to lock automaticly but they never unlock when you put it in park or turn off the key. Is it possible to make it unlock also?

Why bother? The doors unlock automatically whenever you actuate the interior door handle. Besides, what if you put it in park in an area that was not quite as secure as you'd like ... you're where you're going, but not ready to exit your vehicle. In such a case, I would not want outsiders to have easy access.
