Need advice on aftermarket exhausts for 2003 5.4L X 2WD. Pricing, what to look for, etc. Don't want something super loud. What can I expect as far as HP gain, will it help fuel econmy if used with K&N intake system, etc.

I personally like the Gibson exhaust sounds. A lot of people like their Flowmasters too. Here's a soundclip I found of a 5.4 SuperDuty w/ Flowmaster 40 Series SI/SO. I'll try to hunt down a clip of a Gibson.
