Where can we view the TSB's?
Our rear cargo doors are getting scratched up and while I was looking at the Helm's web page for Excursion manuals I saw a TSB for Top of Cargo doors being scratched. This is happening and there is some infoon it out there.
You think Ford would inspect vehicles when they are brought in for service for these TSB's. |

I've heard of this particular TSB before. From what I recall, all the dealer does is apply a clear decal/sticker (contact paper?) over the affected area to reduce/eliminate future rubs/scatches. It's a sorry remedy for an area that seems to always collect a fair amount of road debris.
BTW ... my 2001 already had this clear decal in place when I bought it used. |

Mine has been repainted and adusted twice. Still have the same problem. They put rubber standoff into the upper door. They fall out too easily as car washed. I need to take it back again! |
