Whoa...we're gettiong waaaaay out there on possible problems!
Since you just did the front brakes, I would suspect that is where the problem lies. When I installed my ARTS they squealed just as you describe. Only did it when I turned and applied the brake. I checked and rechecked everything before I put it back together!!! Or so I thought...
Well, I checked it again and found one of the metal backing tabs was bent a bit too far. It was in there kinda loose. When I would turn and apply the brake, there was just enough "slack" to cause it to rub against the rotor.
I pulled the pads and bent the tab with pliers to ensure that it had a good grip against the pad and the noise went away.

I pulled the rear wheels and the back brakes looked pretty good except for a slight ridge around the outside and inside edge where the pads had worn the rotor. I put new rotors and pads on anyway and all my woes are solved. Stops straight and the harmonic squeal is gone. Thanks for the help and drive safe.

I had a "groan" out of the rears particularily when Iwas backing up and putting on the brakes.
Seems to be somthing inhearant about the rears.
