I just bought a 2000 Excursion with 17,000 miles on it. It has the Triton V10 and 3.73 rear. I plan on towing my Travel Trailer weighing around 8,000 lbs loaded. I am looking to share your towing experiences with this type vehicle.

sfd4,

Welcome to the Excursion Users site. Please look back to "postings" under "Discussion" and "Gas Engines" at this superford site. Several discussions share some excellent experiences towing with V-10 Excursions. Take a look and come back for specific answers to your questions.

Look for "towing", Brake Controllers" etc.
