I just recently purchased a 2000 4x4 Limited X. The dealer just put on a 2 1/2" lift with 33's. So, today I decided to look underneath. The rear block was sitting on top of a stainless block. Do the 4x4 X's come lif t a stock lift block? If they don't, then I have a total of 5 1/2" of lift, pretty sweet deal.

the stock excursions have a 2 1/2 inch block with bump stops, , the stainless block is probably 2 1/2 or 3 inches...

So, would I be correct if I were to say that my lift is 5 1/2"s? Since I added a 2 1/2" aftermarket lift?

DARN! It's all good though, just the 2 1/2"s is plenty, couldn't imagine having a true 5+" lift, well maybe
But, if you were to measure true lift, wouldn'yt you measure from axle shaft to leaf spring?
Thanks for the info guys!
