I had mine removed when they needed to work on the rear A/C plumbing. It just pulls off, but it's hard to get all the attachments/holes lined up when you try to snap it back on.

What are you going to do? Have A/C problems, or performing a MOD?

The previous owner has the wires for an aftermarket DVD player routed out of those little vent slots and mounted under the third row seat. I really dont like it there and want to relocate it. Probably to under the second row seat. Thanks for the info by the way!

Panels just pulls off EXCEPT there is a screw about halfway back that anchors to floor..maybe two--can't remember...that was only unexpected surprise

I also had mine removed when they worked on the rear A/C. Unfortunately, even the service guys couldn't get the last mount to snap back into place. I had to pull a little of the headliner material into to gap to keep it from flopping around.
