Does anyone have an Excursion repair manual? I need to know the foot pounds to torque the driveshaft bolts that attach the driveshaft to the rear end and the transfer case.

Thanks....Brian

OK Here goes.

The axle end of the driveshaft is 35Nm (26 lb/ft)

The transfercase end of the dirve shaft is 102Nm (76 lb/ft)

If you have a two piece rear axle, the center bearing support is 63Nm (47 lb/ft).

WARNING: Replace with new bolts and retainers after the third removal.
