Out of the clear blue yesterday, My 2001 V10 developed a bad miss. Very pronounced upon acceleration, but always there. It was bad enough at some rpm's that it felt like a driveline problem. She has 31k on her with no problems before. Off to the dealer today. Any suggestions?

I am by no means a mechanic, but could it be something like a gummed up carb. or something like that?

No carb... TPI

My thoughts are you have a coil issue it some sort of spark issue. You may want to check that all of your plug wires are secure. Also, the V-10's are notorious for "spitting out" spark plugs. At any rate, I think you need to look at your firing system as a 1st step in the troubleshooting process.

Just an update. It was a bad coil on one of the cylinders. Replaced under warantee. Also replaced my warped rotors under warantee. Thanks all.
