Has anyone had any good experiences with buying used parts for their excursion that you would like to share?

Just took my X to the dealer to have them program the door code and they tell me the keypad is broken and they would be happy to replace it for $250.

I contacted a used parts place in my area and they wouldn't sell me just the keypad. They wanted me to buy the whole door for $650!

If not used parts does anyone have info on a good place for discounted factory parts?

Those pads, or very similar Ford pads are often available at eBay.
