Does anyone know if it is possible to either put the power module on the passenger seat or buy a seat for the passenger side that is all power just like the drivers seat. I own a 2000 X limited and want the passenger seat to move more. I saw this seat in a new excursion and wondered if I happened to find a seat will it fit in my 2000, the bolts and also the power connector that is on it now the hooks up the heat in the seat. It looks like it will but just wondering if anyone has done this very thing. Thanks in advance.

I guess the bolting would be relitively easy but the wiring harness and various electrical goodies would be a challenge perhaps.
Hey. look at that, I was born in ogden utah.....

Thanks for the response. I cant see why they would wire the drivers just like the passenger seat and not have them work if I found another seat. I kind of figured the mounts wouldn't be a problem. The problem may be just finding a seat itself with all power. Ebay has a front set out of a 2001. He wants as much for the two than the dealers want for just one.
