You can find them on Ebay. I got mine for about $30.00 US plus shipping. But look close not all sellers ship to Canada but some do.

Doug,
Thanks for the tip. It was your pics that encourage me to research the clear side markers. Very Nice!
It appears your running orange bulbs still...I guess we have to to keep it street legal.
Thanks

Cool Thanks!,
I spend sometime/money on Ebay and go clear.
Also, I like the picture you posted in your album of your 2000X beside the 2005X.
I like the look of the 2000 - 2004 better. The new grill stick out too much.....it needs to be pushed in about 3 inches.
Cheers |

I agree with the grill and bumper. But, I am looking into the headlights. I might buy a pair and see if they fit. I am also looking into the new trailer brake control. I want to see if it will fit our older trucks with no or minor modifcation.Nothing else of the new truck though.

I've heard good thing about the towcommand feature on the 05s. Apparently it is wired into the ABS on the truck and make trades off between trailer braking and truck braking, steering position and so on. I would be very interested in out you comw up with. I'll also see what I can dig up at my end.
P.S. from Motor Tend's Truck Tend Sept/Oct 2004....
the towcommand looks at: brake input, throttle position, steering angle, tire speed, engine RPM and more.
Doesn't sound like a simple mod....

I have a set of clear corner lights that I'll let go for $30 + shipping. I bought them by mistake on eBay (dummy me thought the headlights were included ... my bad). |

Yeah, I like the looks of the amber running lights in dusk hours. I need some driving lights though, for late night trips through rural areas.

Sounds good, If they will fit my 2003 X I'd like to purchase them. I'll fire you an email and we'll hammer out the details.
Thanks
