Hey everyone! I have an EXTREMELY short window of opportunity to get a great set of rims for my X. The only problem is I don't know if the backspacing is appropriate or not. In order to know this I need to know what the stock backspacing is so that I can compare the two.
So, my "emergency" question is, what is the stock backspacing on a 2000 X?
Please help!!!!

When I put a prodigy brake controler in my excursion I had one wire that was not used on the pigtail. I think it was marked for illumination. You only need four wires for the controler.

Well, nevermind! I think I found the answer...it should be 4 1/4" backspacing. I went ahead and bought the wheels. They are 3 3/4". So, I've done a bit of calculating and the new rims will actually be 3 1/4" farther out than the stock. This is based upon stock rim size of 7" and new rim size of 9 3/4". That's a difference of 2 3/4"....add to the the 1/2" difference in backspacing and I get 3 1/4" Does this add up for you guys?
Will be taking pics of course.
