That's exactly it...thanks. I don't know if my friend who's truck we installed it in is dead set on a OEM head unit or not. If I were him, I'd just spend a few extra bucks and buy an aftermarket changer. He has the one that has CD/Cassette all in one, but he says that it has remoter change operation capability. If that's the case, he can probably buy a nice aftermarket changer for the same price. I'll forward him the link you gave me. Thanks a lot.

Yeap on the 2000-2004 stock stereos there's a J3 20 pin plug on the back to add an external CD changer,Satellite radio,IPOD,etc. as additional audio input sources.
What are the ecternal changers going for like 100-200 bills today?
